About the mediator

Glen Ward is a nationally accredited mediator, with 20 years experience as a dispute resolution lawyer.

In his previous practice, he regularly advised clients on complex commercial litigation, and acted as lead representative in a significant number of mediations. This experience gives Glen a strong understanding of the needs and perspectives of both clients and their representatives when engaging in the mediation process.

Glen's experience includes leading complex litigation across multiple industries, acting in high-profile commercial disputes, representing clients in numerous mediations, managing large legal teams and strategic litigation portfolios, and advising boards and executives on significant and complex issues.

He believes in the benefits of mediation and has seen first-hand what can happen when opportunities to resolve personal and commercial disputes are missed. Glen is empathetic, fair, and works constructively and creatively with all parties to explore practical pathways for resolution.

Glen is an AMDRAS Accredited Mediator and a member of the Resolution Institute.
